Hi everybody!
Emily and I have designed a game!
We are designing the game for children our age.  It teaches you about math and snake bites.
The game takes place in a forest.  It's a pretty average forest except it has unicorns. 
One of the characters wanders off in the forest and gets bitten by a snake.  The other character then has to save her.  You answer math problems and questions about snakes and snake bites to save the bitten character.  It's better to have actions instead of quizzes because quizzes can get boring and do not engage the reader as much.

I play tons of games, mostly puzzle, platform, and RPG games.  my favorite game is Bomb It 2.  It's an awesome game.  Making this game gave me a new perspective on other games because I now realize how much code it takes to do anything.

Playing to learn!!

I think I'm going to make my game a puzzle or adventure game.  I liked the game Zietgiest because, well, it's fun, but also it looked like I could eventually do something like it.  The only thing I would change is I think the avatar should be able to face the other direction.

hi globaloria!

hi. This is my first blog entry.  I love globaloria! I am really excited about desigining games.  the computers are the only problem.  they're kind of annoying and slow and they have a lot issues.  we have been doing "setup" so we've been dealing with them alot.  my wiki does not want to let me have an avatar picture.  besides the computers tho, the course has been enjoyable so far.
